I brought in my 2010 Impala for routine maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation. Which I do every 3000/3500 miles. As well as having the tires rotated. Normally I do not have to wait too long, an hour is good and most of the times it is within that window. Everyone in the business is polite and helpful. My only complaint this time, the service attendants put too much air in the tires. At present they are holding 35/36 lbs before warming up. Clearly too much when the inside plate says 30 lbs.
