The car we were intersted in was still on the lot, we did a test drive, Bill explained about the car,its accessories and extras compared to the Impala being traded. Also, the rebates that was being offered. Bill found us an additional discount, which to us was a bonus surprise. We plan to purchase another car in the next month or two. When decision is made we are going to make an appointment with Bill to assist us again in our purchase. In addition, we will refer home to our friends.

laurie3870: My salesman, Bruce Winters, did everything he said he would do when it came to the sale of the truck I bought. He has followed through and would by my next vehicle from him and Bob Hook. Hard to find honesty in car dealerships but they had it! As a woman shopping for a vehicle I was told some pretty big whoppers at some of the other dealerships I had shopped at. I had done my homework on the truck that I wanted to purchase and Mr. Winters never gave me a line of bs!

heather79: The customer service was very good, they were always punctual with every concern that I had, and were very eager to take care of my situation. The quality of their work was also very good, I could tell that they tried very hard to stay on the route that I wanted to go. Every one that I came into contact was very friendly, never rude or seemed uninterested in my situation. My overall experience was on only good because when I walked in the door I told them that I could only afford a $250 car payment and I ended up walking out with a $290 car payment. The sale price of the car I will say is a fair price of the car, my payment is what I rated "price" on.
KailaFrierson: I purchased a vehicle from Bob Hook Chevrolet at the Bardstown Rd. location in March of 2010. My dealer, Bob Breshear, has kept in contact with me since my purchase. The dealer has also sent me and my family birthday and Holiday cards. I have been satisfied each time I have gone in for maintenance, and all of my problems have been resolved. The dealership offers wonderful customer service and maintenance. I believe they genuinely care about customers past the initial car sale.

Miketcook: Service department was able to diagnose and fix a problem that had other service shops stumped (temperature related problems). They took the time to keep the vehicle over different weather / temperature conditions, so the problem could be re-created and they could troubleshoot it properly. Van / RV has started and run great since service was done at Bob Hook. Much appreciated!
