Great experience all the way around, from friendly greeting at the door to showing us exactly what we wanted to see. No fuss pricing and drove out with exactly what we wanted. We will definitely go back for our next vehicle.
Let's start with the fact that I have been a Honda customer since 1994. Last fall, when my lease was up, I went back to Honda to turn in my old lease and get a new one, the same as I have done for the past 6 years. Long story short, I was not treated well and I was not satisfied with my experience. My husband also leased a CRV with Honda and his lease ended in February. Upon hearing about my experience he said he didn't even want to deal with Honda. I told him about Don Mills at Bob Hook Cheverolet. I said that Don was an experienced professional (27 years with Bob Hook) and that customer service was his expertise. We went to visit Don this past weekend. We were greeted with a smile from everyone there, we told Don exactly what we needed and our price range. He showed us exactly what we asked for without trying to "upsell" us like Honda did me. He spent time discussing the different models and features. When we made our decision, he advised us on the best option regarding our old leased vehicle and presented us with a competitive price with no hidden charges or fees. We left that day without our Chevy only because we had to turn in our leased vehicle back to Honda. However, Don had the dealership hold our car and Don came in on HIS DAY OFF to finish up the final details. My husband and I drove home happily in our 2019 Chevy Traverse. Very friendly and respectful. Did not push any vehicle on us and allowed us to walk around, in the rain, to get an idea of what we wanted. Went to see a particular truck but was told up front someone had a deposit on it and could be put on a backup list for it. Ended up finding another truck on the lot. Very happy with the experience
I worked with Ralph, was very impressed by his openness & noticed that he was even checking things about the care I otherwise might have forgotten to check, such as the A/C (it being winter & all). Any of the little issues with the car he was able to he took care of, fantastic experience. The rest of the crew that helped me was equally helpful & professional.

Today I was driving home from work and my tire light came on so I decided to go to Thornton's next to Bob Hook and use their air machine to air it up but unbeknownst to me the air machine was broken and instead of putting air in my tire it took all the air out. I started panicking and decided to walk next door at Bob hook to tell them my situation and they said to bring it around and they would air it up for me. Well unfortunately I couldn't, my tire was completely flat. A good samaritan bought me some fix a flat so I could at least have enough air in my tire to drive it next door. I was extremely grateful. I took it next door and Kristopher Hurt assisted me In getting it fixed. Come to find out I actually had a nail in it and they patched it up and completely fixed my tire for me. Kristopher Hurt saved me. Not to mention it was the coldest day of the year so far!! Thank you Bob Hook and Kristopher Hurt!
