Schoolyear road trips happen, but road trips during annual recess are most common. Regardless of the season, make sure your ride is seasonally prepared for the road ahead. Before embarking, see to your car's:
- Oil change
- Tire rotation
- Battery
If you haven't already, check recall info on your vehicle. To do so, you need the VIN, the Vehicle Identification Number. It's usually printed on the lower left-hand side of your windshield.
