Have been a customer for seven years, across two vehicles. Have always received excellent service from the team.

Great, customer service! I was in and out with my oil change and tire rotation.

We bought from James at this dealership before. Had a wonderful experience so when we knew we needed another vehicle there wasn’t anywhere else we wanted to go.

Recently my Husband and I purchased 2 new cars (paid in full). He went to Dan Cummings first and purchased his truck. We didn't realize how awful that experience was until coming to Bob Hook and meeting the amazing people and and excellent customer service! Jake took the time to ensure I was purchasing the car that was best for me. He took time to show and explain the different features of the cars. He stayed with me the entire time and was devoted to ensuring I was happy, and knowledgeable of every aspect. This was definitely not the previous experience we had elsewhere. He also went above and beyond to show my husband features about his new truck that the other dealership didn't even mention. We still have another car to purchase for my mother and Bob Hook will be the only place we go!! From the moment I made my first call to Bob Hook everyone I encountered has and continues to be amazing!

My truck was there for a week and a half. The service technician didn’t call me back when he said he would. The work didn’t start on my truck until I requested to speak to the service manager. I was without transportation for 10 days. A horrible experience. Will not return.

I had a serious leak in one of my Malibu's tires and dropped the car off, on Sunday evening. It was looked at early Monday morning and back to me, in great shape, by Monday afternoon.

I called the dealership for an appointment, they got me in the next day and my car was completed quickly. So quick, I was late picking it up. Great service!!! I can always count on Keith and John!!!!
