Recently my Husband and I purchased 2 new cars (paid in full). He went to Dan Cummings first and purchased his truck. We didn't realize how awful that experience was until coming to Bob Hook and meeting the amazing people and and excellent customer service! Jake took the time to ensure I was purchasing the car that was best for me. He took time to show and explain the different features of the cars. He stayed with me the entire time and was devoted to ensuring I was happy, and knowledgeable of every aspect. This was definitely not the previous experience we had elsewhere. He also went above and beyond to show my husband features about his new truck that the other dealership didn't even mention. We still have another car to purchase for my mother and Bob Hook will be the only place we go!! From the moment I made my first call to Bob Hook everyone I encountered has and continues to be amazing!

My truck was there for a week and a half. The service technician didn’t call me back when he said he would. The work didn’t start on my truck until I requested to speak to the service manager. I was without transportation for 10 days. A horrible experience. Will not return.

I had a serious leak in one of my Malibu's tires and dropped the car off, on Sunday evening. It was looked at early Monday morning and back to me, in great shape, by Monday afternoon.

I called the dealership for an appointment, they got me in the next day and my car was completed quickly. So quick, I was late picking it up. Great service!!! I can always count on Keith and John!!!!

My appointment for an oil change was at 1. I didn’t leave until almost 3:30. I also had my son with me and there isn’t a changing station in the restroom so I had to change my son in a chair. There’s little to nothing to keep my child entertain creating an even more stressful experience on top of the long wait. I was so overwhelmed by the time my car was finished I almost would rather let my warranty go then have to go through that again.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and my sales associate, Caleb Lane, was awesome, extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything I wanted in a new car. I would recommend anyone to go to Bob Hook Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle.

It was a pleasure seeing everyone as always. Service is always great. Bob Hook is my family!!! Huge thanks to Bill, Jason & John G. Those guys are amazing and hands down the absolute best.
