About Video Requests
The Video:
- Shows the entire vehicle, inside and out, in detail
- Free
- Filmed in 4K
- About 2.5 minutes long
After filming and editing, your finished video is uploaded to YouTube and you will be emailed a link to watch it. You can expect your video in 1-2 business days, sometimes same day. Limitations do apply. See "LIMITATIONS" below.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
It is unlikely you will need to see anything in further detail as our video is very thorough. However, you may want extra attention placed on certain things, or request to see certain things we do not cover in the standard video.
For example: Seeing the engine, running the air conditioning, seeing under the car, etc.
*Special Requests must be included in the "Comments" section of the form.
LIMITATIONS
- Limit of (1) video per person
- We do not film in heavy rain. Unusual weather can delay your video.
- There are instances where vehicles on our website are being detailed or serviced, this can delay your video
- We will not refilm or provide additional video on a vehicle
- We do not film on the weekends, requests submitted after 5pm Friday will be started Monday at 9am.
- Videos are created on a first come first serve basis. Should a large volume of requests come in, you will have your spot in line. This could affect wait times.
Should there be a delay to your video, you will be notified by email.
