Brought my 2022 Colorado in for an issue THREE TIMES. Was promised the vehicle back on a certain day only to find out NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE ON IT and that it would be "another few days." This happened REPEATEDLY. My vehicle sat for days with no work done on it until the day it was due back to me. I was forced to rent a car for about two weeks. After admitting Bob Hook's mistake was what caused me to have to rent a car, the service manager told me he could "try" to get Nissan to pay for it (because by all means, Bob Hook certainly won't pay it, I suppose). I was told to turn in my rental receipt to Donnie, my service tech, which is what I did. Two weeks ago! That's the last I've heard from Bob Hook Chevrolet!!! Not that I actually expected you guys to actually follow through with any of this, considering the shoddy treatment I received up to this point. And, yes, please "publish" my response... and while you're at it ... go ask Donnie where my rental reimbursement is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very pleasant experience. Salesman William was very attentive to my needs and did his best to work with me. Finance dept was very helpful and explained everything very clear. Will recommend Bob Hook Chevrolet

This was my first time taking my used vehicle to this dealership as I wanted to establish a relationship with a dealer that I could trust to work on my 11 year old Chevy. I was treated with great respect and my time was valued and I really appreciated the customer service I experienced with Donnie. I feel confident that I will be back when needed.

The crew is always very professional and very informative.

The drop off, service, and pick up were very efficient. John Gahimer is always pleasant and calls me by name. My only complaint is in the billing of my oil change/tire rotation which increased the cost of my service significantly. I understand the increase in goods, but the way the rotation is now separated from the oil change caused the increase. I have three vehicles serviced there regularly and would have liked some kind of notice, then I could have possibly considered alternatives.
