Excellent and fast service! Thank you!!

I made an appointment and was told to expect it ready in a day or two. We dropped it off on Monday and by Friday, nothing had even been started. I asked about waiving diagnostics and was told no, which is fine but you guys could have offered to do something else to make up for the waste of my time. Not having a vehicle for 5 full days for no reason is not acceptable.
